For starters, pick from a choice of duck, pork, salmon, beef or chicken liver pate with mushrooms for the Rillettes Trio. Mains includes chargrilled burgers which are made from Chef Colin West’s original recipes. Try the Grilled Fish Burger, a Pommery-marinated Patagonian toothfish with baby Roma tomatoes, romaine lettuce, a dash of lemon-herbed mayo, and sandwiched between parmesan buns.
