#3 Revelry

Revelry is known for its sweet and savoury waffles, but their Truffle Fries deserve a shout-out. We can’t really talk about truffle fries in Singapore without bringing up PS. Cafe, since they were the ones who started off the trend here. The Truffle Shoestring Fries is the star here and they come in incredibly generous portions. However, the standard can vary across different outlets. At best they’re crisp and aromatic, but sometimes they can be not crisp enough, or lack the truffle aroma. At worst, they’re lacking both.
