Last but not least, the Ruby Berry Hibiscus Yule Log Cake ($72) is a bright pink Christmas-sy cake featuring an almond genoise, strawberry chocolate mousse and aromatic hibiscus flower mousse.

Make it a Christmas to remember with Alice Boulangerie’s elegantly designed log cake ($91). Beautifully-constructed moist chocolate flourless sponge is layered with chocolate mud biscuit, an exotic fruit crémeux, caramelised banana, and hazelnut praline crunch, then topped with an adorable 3D squirrel made from orange dark chocolate mousse.
