#1 Holland V. Fried Bee Hoon

A popular and affordable meal here is Holland Village Fried Bee Hoon. What’s different about their fried bee hoon is that they use a special self-made lard, which imparts a fragrant savouriness to the dish. Side dishes include fried eggs, luncheon meat, stir fried cabbage, deep fried meat roll and fried chicken cutlets.

#2 363 Katong Laksa Holland Village Nasi Lemak

Since 1988, this stall has been offering Nasi Lemak and Laksa. Pair your coconut rice with an array of side dishes, from chicken wings to mackerel fish otah and assorted veggies. Each set comes with their special sambal, plus an egg, ikan bilis and peanut, as well as achar. The laksa features a broth that is creamy and just the right amount of spicy, paired with noodles that are cooked just right and neither too soggy nor too firm.
