Chef Goo was founded by a former limousine taxi driver turned hawker and the Seafood Poached Rice is one of the star dishes here, made with a broth that’s boiled for at least 12 hours. SHAO is a modern restaurant offering Teochew cuisine, BBQ roast meats and seafood.
