#12 Nick Vina Artisan Bakery

Artisan baker Nick Chua was trained in Hanover and brought its 82-year-old mother dough back with him to Singapore. Since then, he's been making amazing bakes like wholemeal pita bread, chocolate buns and baguettes that gets gobbled up the same day. He also produces an eponymous Nick pain miche, which is made from rye, whole wheat and German wheat flour. Each two-kilogram round loaf is slow-baked for around an hour, to obtain a crisp crust with a delightfully soft, spongy crumb!

Yantra is not your typical fine-dining Indian restaurant. The dishes are inspired by flavours from all over India, but with a contemporary twist.
