Established in 1969, Huat Kee started out as a humble street stall before it was a tze char outlet, moving to a couple of different locations before settling in at its current location. This traditional Teochew restaurant started out as a humble tze char stall in Geylang Serai village in the 1950s. The Teochew Kitchenette may have only been around for the last five years, but they’ve quickly gained popularity amongst patrons who flock here for its authentic Teochew fish soup.
