A local homegrown brand run by pancake enthusiasts, Fluff Stack has grown leaps and bounds since its first location hidden in corner of Suntec City’s basement. Apart from its fluffle souffle pancakes that are eggy and cloud-like, the brand also differentiates itself with the option to add toppings such as coconut sago, hazelnut chocolate, gula melaka boba and fruits. Got a serious sweet tooth? Go for the Oolong Souffle Pancakes, a fluffy stack that’s finished with tons of oolong cream and gula melaka boba.

Hailing from Japan, the famous Flipper’s is one of the OG cafes dishing out these jiggly stacks. Made from premium Kanagawa Hinata eggs, quality butter and Hokkaido Kitahonami wheat flour all flown in fresh from Japan, it’s no surprise that these pancakes are delicate and pillowy soft. So much so that no knife is needed, and you’ll be handed two forks to work your way through the fluffy stack instead! Hailing from Osaka, Gram is famous for its pancakes, each 4 cm tall, and becomes a towering display when stacked. Nico Cafe is a pet-friendly floral shop and café and they have one of the most IG-worthy souffle pancakes around. The Creamy Sweet Potato pancake comes decorated with homemade sweet potato sauce, chocolate chips, blueberries and dried cranberries along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. These pancakes are made on the spot upon order and they are soft, fluffy and jiggly. An unlikely spot for souffle pancakes, Bangkok Jam serves a Thai-inspired version of the Western soufflé, featuring thick and fluffy pancakes served atop sweet sticky rice. It also comes with mango cubes, pomelo bits and dried rose petals, and served with coconut cream for extra decadence.
